Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange or refund.
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Once approved, the replacement or refund will be processed accordingly
